Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a renowned client operating across Qatar and the UAE, specializing in MEP, Pipeline Installation, Infrastructure, and Concrete Repair Projects. We are looking for experienced and safety-driven HSE Engineers to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs at project sites.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to identify potential hazards and preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations, client requirements, and company safety policies.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety induction sessions, and HSE training for site personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of accidents, inspections, and safety reports.
  • Support the project management team in achieving a zero-incident safety culture.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities regarding all safety matters
Requirements

Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering (mandatory).

Certifications:

  • NEBOSH IGC (must be completed before July 2020).
  • Certificate must be attested by the UAE Embassy upon selection.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of total experience.
  • Preferably 5+ years in GCC or international Oil & Gas projects.
  • Previous ADNOC project approval is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Hindi preferred.

  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
