Position: Outdoor Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and goal-focused Outdoor Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment while playing a key role in growing our telecom services within the B2B2C sector. The ideal candidate will have solid sales experience and a strong track record of engaging successfully with major corporations and government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, fostering strong and lasting professional relationships.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored telecom solutions that improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts while adhering to pricing structures and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status through CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in outdoor sales.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets, preferably within corporate or government environments.
  • Valid QID with authorization to work in Qatar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Preferred age: under 40 years.
