Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Civil Site Engineer (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of road infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient and safe transportation systems for the city.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for road infrastructure, including highways, intersections, and bridges
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repair work
• Analyze traffic patterns and recommend improvements to enhance road safety and efficiency
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules for road maintenance activities
• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of road maintenance work to ensure compliance with local and international standards
• Utilize CAD and GIS software to create and update road infrastructure plans and maps
• Implement traffic management strategies during maintenance activities to minimize disruptions
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in road operations and maintenance
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards in all projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in roads operations and maintenance
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software, GIS software, and project management tools
• Strong knowledge of road construction and maintenance techniques
• Familiarity with local and international road standards and regulations
• Experience with traffic management and construction management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Qatar's road infrastructure and local regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
