Information Security Audit Assistant

Job Summary

The Information Security Audit Assistant assists the company's information security department in conducting internal and external security compliance audits to ensure that the organization's IT systems, processes, and operations comply with relevant security standards and regulations. This position is suitable for entry-level professionals with basic information security knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical and documentation skills.

Main Responsibilities

Assist in conducting internal information security audits, collecting, organizing, and verifying security compliance documents.

Follow up on security remediation progress, ensuring that identified issues are fixed within the stipulated timeframe.

Assist in preparing documents and evidence required for external audits or certifications (such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).

Record and track security incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance check results.

Assist in maintaining information security policies, process documents, and compliance files.

Assist in implementing employee security awareness training and security policy dissemination activities.

Regularly compile security audit reports, providing support and improvement suggestions to the security manager.

Assist in monitoring the security implementation status of various departments, identifying potential risks, and reporting them.

Job Requirements

Associate's degree or above in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.

Understanding of basic information security knowledge and common security frameworks (such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, etc.).

Proficient in office software and document management; possesses strong data processing and report writing skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred experience is given to candidates with IT auditing or compliance-related internship experience.

Preference will be given to candidates holding CISA or ISO 27001 internal auditor certifications.
