Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed
    project schedules
    covering all EPC phases — Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning.
  • Integrate and align inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines into the master schedule.
  • Utilize
    Primavera P6
    (or equivalent) to build and manage project timelines, resource allocations, and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure schedule feasibility and progress alignment.
  • Identify and highlight potential schedule risks, delays, and deviations; propose mitigation measures.
  • Prepare and submit
    weekly/monthly progress reports
    , dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Monitor and update key project milestones, critical path, and earned value (EVM) performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Engineering
    (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in project planning and control
    in EPC projects
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Primavera P6
    , MS Project, and MS Excel.
  • Experience working on large-scale
    Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Infrastructure
    projects in Qatar or GCC.
  • Familiar with
    EVM (Earned Value Management)
    , progress measurement systems, and project control techniques.
  • Knowledge of
    FIDIC / EPC contract requirements
    and construction sequencing.
