Job responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the wedding and events industry.
- Sell a range of consumable items such as wedding decorations, disposable tableware, party favors, and packaging supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, retailers, and distributors.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads and promote products.
Requirements:
- Proven 4+ years of sales experience in consumables, preferably in wedding or event-related products especially in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of wedding/event trends and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of inventory, billing, and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel locally to meet clients and attend events.
- Should have valid Qatar Driving License.
- Able to join in short notice period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
