About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our Auto Sales team. In this role, you'll be the face of our showroom,welcoming customers, providing detailed information on vehicle specifications and pricing, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience. You'll maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective buyers while adhering to our trading guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist showroom visitors professionally and promptly.
  • Deliver compelling client presentations highlighting price-value advantages.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers post-presentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records for call reports.
  • Draft proposals based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and payment options.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring timely payment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Submit accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • Maintain high-level product knowledge and undertake additional tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in car sales or purchasing.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for automotive sales and customer service excellence
