Our client, a semi-government company in Doha is looking to hire a Smart Solutions Team Lead who will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of enterprise applications, low-code solutions, and smart mobility systems that support the organization's operational and transportation ecosystem.

This position leads a multidisciplinary applications team managing Microsoft-based and SAP-based applications. The role includes overseeing smart mobility system rollouts such as Fleet Management, Driver Vehicle Applications, and Operations Automation Systems.

The Team Lead will coordinate between IT, business departments, and vendors to deliver technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational visibility, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation initiatives.

This role oversees both Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, CRM) and SAP application streams, ensuring seamless integration between digital, operational, and mobility platforms.

The Team Lead acts as the functional analyst for transportation systems, driving solution adoption, innovation, and digital efficiency acrossthe company's solutions landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or an equivalent foreign university degree. Master's Degree in IT Management, Business Systems, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise application management or digital transformation roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams managing Microsoft Power Platform and SAP-based applications.
  • Strong background in functional analysis for transportation or fleet management systems.
  • Proven experience with application rollout, change management, and user training in an operational environment.
  • Technical expertise with low-code/no-code app development and system integration between Microsoft and SAP environments.

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate (MS-301)
  • SAP Certified: Application Associate (SAP Fiori or SAP S/4HANA Functional Area)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or M365 Fundamentals (MS-Controlled Document 900)
  • SAP Certified: Integration or Process Automation Consultant
  • ITIL v4 Foundation – Service Management and Change Governance
