What You'll Do

  • Analyze and improve business processes.
  • Coordinate between business users and technical teams.
  • Conduct functional and integration testing.
  • Support issue resolution and system enhancements.
  • Work with SQL databases and ensure data integrity.


What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years' experience
    in techno-functional or software support (fresh grads welcome).
  • Solid understanding of
    Full-Stack concepts
    (front-end + back-end + APIs).
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Systems
    , or related field.
  • Team-oriented, detail-driven, and eager to learn.
