Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university (Master's degree is an advantage).
• MMUP/UPDA registered.
• 20 years plus in mechanical systems design and implementation for large-scale sports projects in Qatar, including infrastructure, marine, utilities, and iconic buildings.
• Design compliance reviews, VE reviews, IFC package validation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Technical leadership of consultants and contractors across project lifecycle phases.
• Interface management between architecture, structural, AV/ICT, and infrastructure disciplines.

Skills & Expertise:

• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for complex developments.
• Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and engineering tools.
• Knowledge of Qatar-specific construction codes and international mechanical systems standards.
• Strong knowledge in reviewing and assessing utilities design and construction stage processes and authority approval processes.
• 5 years in a senior MEP leadership role in Qatar.
• 5 years in PMCM/client-representative assignments on major projects.
