Manager – UK Auto Service (Qatar)

At UK Auto Service, we've spent more than 20 years building a reputation the old-fashioned way:

. Now we're looking for a 
strong, principled Manager
 who knows how to lead a team, serve customers well, and make smart decisions that move the business forward.

If you're the kind of leader who takes ownership, solves problems without waiting to be told, and runs a workshop like a well-oiled machine, you might be our next Manager.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead the workshop & spare parts operations
     with excellence and discipline.
  • Make daily operational decisions
     confidently and ethically—no babysitting needed.
  • Build a culture of 
    accountability, respect, and teamwork
    ; a drama-free zone.
  • Ensure customers receive 
    honest, high-quality service
     every single time.
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, job cards, and service timelines.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to perform at their best.
  • Monitor KPIs, revenue, expenses, and margins:
    run the place like it's your own.
  • Resolve issues quickly: customer complaints, operational bottlenecks, supplier needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar market requirements and workshop best practices.
  • Report directly to ownership with weekly updates and recommendations.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Must be 
    currently in Qatar
     and available for an in-person interview.
  • Previous managerial experience in an automotive agency.
  • Proven ability to 
    lead teams
    , manage workflow, and maintain high standards.
  • Strong decision-making skills: calm under pressure, solutions-oriented.
  • Excellent communication with customers and staff.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities without losing professionalism.
  • High integrity. We do things the right way here: no shortcuts, no excuses.
