Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Facility Engineer (Civil & MEP) to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of all facility-related systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that building structures and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with company and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day facility maintenance activities (Civil & MEP).
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues or potential improvements.
  • Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for repair, maintenance, and upgrade works.
  • Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.
  • Support project teams in renovations, modifications, and expansion works.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance engineering (Civil & MEP).
  • Good Experience in Estimation & Costing .
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in CAFM systems or maintenance software will be an advantage.
  • Must be available in Qatar with valid QID and transferable visa/NOC.
