Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing lasting customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. You will represent our company's products and services, craft effective sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout every stage of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and on-site visits.
  • Present and promote company products and services to potential clients.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and provide excellent post-sales support.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand professional connections.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, ideally in telecom, real estate, banking, or solutions industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Must hold a valid QID and be eligible to work in Qatar.
