OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE (COMMISSION-BASED)

Experience Level: 1- 2 years (preferred)

NATIONALITY : ARABIC (preferred)

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct client interaction. This is a commission-based position, ideal for individuals who are confident in their sales skills and driven by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field/outdoor sales (FMCG, real estate, telecom, or similar sectors preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
