Role Objective
Provide specialist support to the SAP HANA Transformation Program delivery by coordinating

Program Governance, Organizational Change Management and Controls. The role

ensures effective tracking of program changes, alignment across workstreams and timely

reporting to Management. Coordinate with the PMO Management Consultancy and the System

Integrator for delivery of their scope in line with the expectations detailed in the contract and

ensure all Deliverables are tracked and delivered with quality to ensure a smooth transition to

S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive the Program Execution and Organizational Change Management workstream in the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
• Support the Head – Project Controls to deliver as per the Project Plan, with minimal scope variations, within budget and timelines, and with minimal business disruptions.
• Coordinate and work collaboratively with System Integrator, PMO Consultancy and ITS/4 teams, to maintain and update Project plans, trackers, RAID logs and Change Requests
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts and priority issues, and anticipate possible issues and escalate to Program Management
• Support preparation of Program dashboards, KPIs and Management reports as per the established Program Governance schedule.
• Support QatarEnergy Program Management team in establishing the Steer Co, Program Governance and reporting standards.
• Support implementation of Organizational Change Management Strategy and adoption.
• Implement Stakeholder and Communication Management.
• Coordinate communication and alignment between Project teams, Business teams, Change Champions and Leadership.
• Coordinate and guide the Consultants in conducting Change Impact Assessments to identify the impact on roles, processes and behaviour across business
• Maintain a stakeholder impact and readiness assessment, tracking adoption risks and mitigating actions
• Coordinate training needs analysis, support Project Team Enablement and support development of role-based training plans
• Ensure adherence with Internal Controls, Audit, in terms of Contract Execution and processing of Change Requests
• Coordinate stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to Change Champions and Executive leadership.
• Contribute towards sectional KPI's and targets that are aligned to the Division/department objectives
• Setup Project Implementation Standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes to achieve a standard approach to work practices and technologies for all project teams
• Anticipate, evaluate, mitigate on any delays, foreseen obstacles, design and quality issues and potential risks. Apprise/Escalate to the Supervisor as necessary

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / petroleum / management / science or equivalent
• Professional certifications (e.g., PROSCI, PMP, PRINCE2 or Change Management) are a plus.

Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / petroleum / management / or equivalent
• 7+ years of professional working experience in PMO coordination, Project control and/or
• Change Management roles in large scale implementation/transformations
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes across core functional areas and their integrational aspects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Should be a proven self-starter and team player and be able to manage the team in completing assigned tasks
• Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Operates independently using mature judgment in planning and performing assignments and achieving defined objectives
• Professional certifications (e.g., PROSCI, PMP, PRINCE2 or Change Management) are a plus.
• Exposure to agile, waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies will be an added advantage.
