As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo Operations Team in Doha as a Cargo Network Compliance Officer
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible to monitor and enhance Qatar Airways compliance within the cargo network performance monitoring. Identify network performance issues related to safety, security and compliance, and work with the stations towards resolving the issues to achieve the organizational goals. Further lead all related parties to foster the achievement of performance indicators and continuous improvement of the operations.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:
Ensure occurrences and non-conformance/irregularities database is evaluated and updates on a daily basis and notification sent to the concerned stations for investigationsManage the occurrences and non-conformance/irregularities database ensuring it always up-to-dateFollow up on status and actions ensuring timely publication of reports and closure of actionsLiaise with the necessary relevant sub units of cargo department and external service providers including GSA and GHA in order to resolve issues by effective communication in a timely mannerConduct or support the risk assessments, investigations and verify non-conformance reported, preparing periodical non-conformance performance reports.Assist in improving customer trust and loyalty to Qatar Airways Cargo and ensure that global account customer performance queries are efficiently handledMonitoring and control the required quality, safety, security and/or service standards implementation through entire network for safe cargo operations.Develop promotional material and campaigns for cargo safety, security and compliance to raise network awareness on the best practices and improve operational performance.Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries.Regularly evaluate the Network station performance and ensure the CAR/trends are sent to the stations and effectively manage closure of open Non-conformances.Be part of an extraordinary story

About You
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of job- related experienceGood understanding of Aviation security and cargo operationsKnowledge of IATA/TACT RegulationsAbility to liaise with peers and stakeholders in the HUB and around the NetworkAbility to work on resolution of non-conformitiesPossess skills to manage and represent data on Operational/Commercial performanceWorking knowledge of investigative business analytic system concerning Audits/SMS is preferredExcellent command of the English languageAdvanced MS Office skillsAbout Qatar Airways Group
