We are seeking an experienced
Senior Accountant
to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting
    : Prepare and review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • General Ledger Management
    : Oversee and manage general ledger accounting, including reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
    : Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets and forecasts, and monitor variances against actual performance.
  • Audit & Compliance
    : Support internal and external audits, ensuring all financial processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Process Improvement
    : Identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

  • Experience
    : Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting or similar role.

  • Technical Skills
    :

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas).

  • Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
