Qualifications:

  • -Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • -Experience in Sales and/or Digital Marketing
  • -Certification in Digital Marketing is an advantage
  • -Good knowledge of social media platforms and online advertising
  • -Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • -Lead generation and conversion skills
  • -Social media and basic content marketing knowledge
  • -Target-oriented and customer-focused
  • -MS Office and CRM tools knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

  • -Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into enrollments
  • -Execute digital marketing activities (social media, email, online promotions)
  • -Manage and monitor social media platforms and campaigns
  • -Generate leads through online and offline channels
  • -Follow up with prospects and close sales
  • -Prepare sales and marketing reports
  • -Support promotional events and campaigns
  • -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • -Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • -Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
