Real Estate Sales Consultant

We are looking for and exceptional Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our expanding team You will manage all real estate transactions and operations on behalf of your clients.

Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and assist seller and buyer in marketing and
purchasing property for the right price under best terms.
Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions
that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation process, consult client on market conditions,
price, mortgages, legal requirements, ensuring fair and honest
dealing.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
Maintain and update listing of availability.
Promote sales and listing services.
Reman knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
+ 2 years real estate experience
Fluency in English mandatory
Driving license
