We are looking for IT OFFICER to Al Aziziya Pharmacy.

Job Summary: The IT OFFICER is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Provide training and support to users on software applications and tools.
  • Maintain documentation of IT support activities and user issues.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new systems and software.
  • Monitor IT systems for performance and security issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Required Qatar Driving License
