We are looking for an experienced Marketing In-Charge to lead and execute our marketing activities in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the local Qatari market, be fluent in Arabic, and have proven experience in online marketing and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage and execute online marketing campaigns (social media, digital ads, email marketing, etc.)
  • Oversee promotional activities, brand campaigns, and market visibility
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior in Qatar
  • Coordinate with sales and management teams to drive lead generation and brand awareness
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company branding and local regulations

Requirements

  • Must speak Arabic fluently (English required; bilingual preferred)
  • 3–5 years of proven marketing experience in Qatar
  • Prior experience as a Marketing In-Charge / Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator
  • Strong experience in online & digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of the Qatar market and customer behavior
  • Experience in promotions, branding, and campaign management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience handling social media platforms and digital advertising tools
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing analytics tools
