Job Summary

We are hiring a Jewelry Sales Executive to join our luxury retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales experience, and a passion for jewelry. Arabic-speaking candidates will have a strong advantage due to customer interaction requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide professional and personalized assistance
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and promote jewelry collections
  • Explain product features, gold purity, diamond quality, and gemstones to customers
  • Maintain visual merchandising, store displays, and stock arrangement
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales requests
  • Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a client database
  • Process transactions accurately (POS, cash, card payments)
  • Follow company policies for sales, security, and inventory control
  • Support team during promotions, peak hours, and store events

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Jewelry Sales Executive / Retail Sales Associate preferred
  • Arabic-speaking is an added advantage and strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of jewelry, gold, diamonds, gemstones, or luxury retail is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic computer skills with POS experience
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional training in sales, marketing, or jewelry field is an advantage
