We're Hiring: Marine Crewing Coordinator (Full-time)

Join our team and manage all aspects of crew recruitment, mobilization, and compliance for marine/offshore operations. The role involves sourcing qualified personnel, verifying certifications, arranging travel, and ensuring smooth workforce management.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years' proven experience as a Crewing Coordinator (marine/offshore).
  • Strong knowledge of STCW, flag state, and client compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Crewing software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to perform under pressure.
