Position Title: Draftsman Civil

Location: Messaimer, Qatar

Duration: 3 Months (Contract Staffing)

Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week

Reports To: Project Engineer / Handover Coordinator

Job Purpose:

To support the project handover process by preparing, updating, and organizing civil drawings and related documentation required for the successful closure of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, revise, and finalize civil drawings (architectural, structural, etc.) as per project needs.

  • Update as-built drawings accurately for project handover.

  • Maintain and organize drawing records and documentation.

  • Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure all civil documentation is complete.

  • Assist in compiling final handover packages as per client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in construction projects.

  • Proficiency in civil drafting and technical documentation.
