This position requires creativity, operational excellence, and strong relationship-building skills - both internally and externally.

What You'll Get Your Hands On

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end event strategy aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
  • Plan and execute events including product launches, activations, exhibitions, partnerships, and community outreach.
  • Manage all logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and post-event evaluation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our Snoonu Influencers local communities, partners, and brand ambassadors.
  • Develop community growth strategies including content, partnerships, and events that enhance user advocacy.
  • Lead a small team or manage cross-functional stakeholders, freelancers, or agencies involved in event execution.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and representative in public-facing roles during events.
  • Analyze performance of events and community activities and report on ROI, engagement, and overall impact.
