Key responsibilities :

  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, handling grievances, disputes, and workplace concerns fairly and confidentially. Mediate conflicts and promote a positive, healthy work environment.
  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, induction, contracts, probation reviews, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Ensure accurate employee data management and seamless coordination with relevant departments.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Support development, implementation, and communication of HR policies aligned with labor laws and organizational standards. Monitor compliance, conduct audits, recommend corrective actions, and keep policies updated with legal changes.
  • Employee Engagement & Well-being:

Facilitate engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Collect feedback to improve satisfaction, retention, and overall workplace culture.

  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports on attendance, turnover, compliance, and other key metrics. Analyze trends from exit interviews and employee feedback to recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
  • At least 2 years of experience in the educational sector preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,000.00 per month

  • Educational Backgrond: 2 years (Preferred)
