The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment across all departments. This role involves managing budgets, implementing policies and procedures, monitoring and analyzing operational performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Operations Manager will also lead and manage staff, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling the department independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and coordinate daily store and operational activities.

  2. Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and operational standards.

  3. Monitor and analyze operational performance and optimize processes for efficiency.

  4. Manage departmental budgets, financial analysis, and cost control. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

  5. Lead, motivate, and manage staff, promoting professional development operational software for streamlined processes.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in lifestyle, variety, or specialty stores.

  • Strong experience in project management, staff supervision, and departmental leadership. Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities. Experience with ERP systems or operational management software is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Ability to independently manage and oversee the department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR9, QAR14,000.00 per month
