Whether it is our teams or our clients, our permanent ambition is to allow everyone to play their part in the co-construction of tomorrow's world.ANOTECH New Opportunities–Engineering Lead (Electrical)Work Location: Qatar OnshoreIndustry:O&G,Experience:>8years,Languages:Fluent English(mandatory),Work hours per day:10hrs/dayWork Days per Week:5days/weekWork day per Month:22days/monthMission start: February 2026Contract Term: 3yearsQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical EngineeringKnowledge and/or Experience 8 years experience in Engineering roles, including 4 years in theOil &Gas Industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory oracting role, or oversight of contractor / subcontractors / service / vendor personnel. Experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, subcontractors,vendors or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry. Experience managing contractors and third-party vendors, in severalphased of the projects, preferably done a complete project from FEED to Start-up. Experience in technology adoption and implementation of continuous improvement. Experience with sour service gas and LNG facilities (for Onshore) Experience in High Voltage transmission and Medium Voltage Distribution Brownfield engineering and execution knowledgeTechnical and Business Skills Fluent in written and oral English. Strong analytical, organizational, coordination and planning skills. Good communication skills and ability to interact / interface at all levels. Good mediation skills including conflict resolution, problem-solving, creative thinking, influencing and empathy. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software programs, etc. Deep knowledge of industry codes, standards and practices for electrical discipline
