We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with experience in the construction industry to prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans based on project specifications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and other design software, able to interpret engineering and architectural drawings, and have strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed drawings, plans, and layouts for construction and engineering projects.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawings reflect project requirements.
  • Revise and update drawings based on site changes and design modifications.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry standards.
  • Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation.
  • Support project teams with design coordination and as-built drawings.
  • Conduct site visits when required to gather measurements and verify details.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the construction field in Doha or GCC region.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other design software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and detailing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
