Freight Coordinator
who will play a key role in ensuring our products with precision, compliance, and flawless coordination. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and ready to collaborate with teams across the business and beyond, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate, track, and monitor inbound/outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery aligned with stock and inventory plans.
  • Schedule freight based on product priority fast movers, campaigns, and time-sensitive items.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to confirm bookings, manage rerouting, handle delays, and ensure uninterrupted logistics flow.
  • Prepare shipment documentation (BL, AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, COOs, etc.).
  • Review external shipping documents and collaborate with clearance agents for smooth movement.
  • Ensure freight documentation meets all customs regulations, import/export laws, and internal standards.
  • Coordinate with third-party agents to verify licenses, registrations, and labeling requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, organized documentation for customs, 3PL audits, and traceability.
  • Collaborate with inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment teams on shipment timing and preparation.
  • Coordinate arrivals and departures for efficient loading/unloading.
  • Facilitate returns, damaged/expired goods processing, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Generate weekly/monthly shipment reports for internal records and analysis.
  • Maintain real-time trackers for delivery status, lead times, and exceptions.
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks or delays and escalate to optimize time, cost, and inventory.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in freight coordination, logistics, shipment management, or customs handling.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Familiarity with customs clearance and supply chain processes is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of freight regulations, customs requirements, and supply chain workflows.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt under pressure.
  • Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Skilled in tracking, follow-up, and reporting on freight and inventory movement.
