As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and outstanding service delivery of our spa facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, managing a team of spa professionals, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff.
Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Operational Excellence:Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the spa.
Monitor and maintain spa facilities to meet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate spa activities and promotions.
Customer Service:Uphold the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Work closely with front desk and reservation teams to optimize appointment schedules.
Sales and Marketing:Assist in developing and implementing spa promotions to drive revenue.
Encourage upselling of spa services and products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa offerings and events.
Inventory Management:Monitor and manage spa product inventory.
Place orders for spa supplies as needed.
Ensure proper storage and usage of products to minimize waste.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management.
Education and Certification:
- Diploma or degree in spa management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in spa therapy or management are a plus.
