Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, bilingual
Leadership Trainer
based in
Qatar
, fluent in
Arabic and English
, and certified by the
ICF (ACC or PCC/PCC level)
. The ideal candidate brings
10+ years of training delivery experience
, deep leadership facilitation skills, and a proven ability to inspire and develop middle-to-senior managers across multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs in
    Arabic & English
  • Deliver high-impact coaching-based training aligned with
    ICF Core Competencies
  • Lead interactive workshops, simulations, and reflection-driven learning experiences
  • Train cohorts of managers across organizations operating in Qatar and the region
  • Provide learning debriefs, coaching moments during training, and competency reinforcement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure measurable learning outcomes
  • Maintain high training standards aligned with
    ICF, CIPD, and global L&D practices

Required Qualifications

  • ICF ACC or PCC / PCC level certification
    (must be active)
  • Minimum
    10+ years of training delivery experience
  • At least
    10 years of experience as a Trainer / Facilitator / L&D Lead
  • Bilingual proficiency:
    Arabic + English
  • Must be currently
    based in Qatar
    or able to operate locally
  • Background in
    leadership, talent development, coaching fundamentals, and managerial development
