Locally available candidatesWe are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of contractual, financial, and cost control for large-scale infrastructure and building projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance with relevant standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and contract documentation for civil construction projects.
  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and consultants regarding project costs and progress.
  • Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from construction drawings and site visits.
  • Perform valuations, cost forecasting, and monitor budgetary control throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure all project work complies with building regulations, health, and safety requirements.
  • Prepare progress claims and verify contractor measurements.
  • Identify potential variations and manage claims and disputes as needed.
  • Support procurement, tendering, and estimation activities for new and ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years post-graduate experience in civil construction quantity surveying (e.g., roads, drainage, infrastructure, high-rise)
  • MMUP/UPDA certification is an asset (for roles in Qatar)
  • Locally available candidates only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR9, QAR12,000.00 per month
