Project: Industrial / Oil & Gas Painting Project

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Planning cum Quantity Surveyor to join our team for an ongoing Painting Project in Qatar.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently available in Qatar with a Transferable Visa / NOC.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning and Quantity Surveying within Painting / Coating / Construction / Oil & Gas projects.
  • Strong knowledge in project planning, costing, and progress monitoring.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and project management tools (Primavera / MS Project preferred).
  • Ability to prepare BOQ, material take-offs, cost estimation, and progress measurement reports.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
  • Monitor site progress and compare with baseline schedules.
  • Prepare quantities, estimates, and monthly cost reports.
  • Coordinate with site teams for measurement and billing.
  • Support management in cost control and project forecasting.
