Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gardener with experience in landscaping and sports field maintenance, particularly football grounds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and beautification of outdoor areas, ensuring all lawns, plants, and landscaped zones are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily gardening tasks, including watering, planting, trimming, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
  • Maintain landscaped areas, ensuring plants and lawns remain healthy and well-presented.
  • Prepare and maintain football grounds, including mowing, marking lines, leveling, and ensuring the turf is in top condition for matches and training sessions.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery (mowers, trimmers, sprinklers, etc.).
  • Identify and control pests, weeds, and plant diseases using appropriate methods.
  • Support in planning and implementing new landscaping projects and improvements.
  • Monitor irrigation systems and ensure efficient water usage.
  • Follow health and safety regulations while performing all gardening and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of gardening experience, preferably in landscaping and sports field maintenance.
  • Knowledge of turf management and football ground preparation techniques.
  • Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery.
  • Understanding of plant care, soil management, and irrigation systems.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work.
  • Basic communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
  • Experience working in Qatar or GCC region preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3, QAR3,500.00 per month
