We're now looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team, someone who lives and breathes content, understands digital culture, and can translate creative ideas into measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media presence for multiple client brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat etc.)
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with each brand's identity and business goals
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content in collaboration with our creative and marketing teams
  • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and brand-aligned tone
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare insightful reports to optimize content and campaign effectiveness
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social media tools
  • Support campaign planning and performance marketing initiatives when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or creative agency
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and audience engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Familiarity with content creation tools and mobile editing apps (basic design or photography skills are an advantage)
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and deliver within deadlines
  • Passion for creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
