Job Title: Senior Boat Captain / Marine Transport Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Boat Captain with over 10 years of maritime experience to operate and manage larger vessels for transportation between dhows/yachts and remote dive sites. This role involves navigating longer, more challenging routes—such as to oil rigs or during adverse sea conditions. The captain will also oversee fishing trips for guests as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate larger vessels to transport guests and crew to remote dive sites.
  • Manage trips in challenging sea/weather conditions.
  • Oversee and lead fishing excursions.
  • Maintain assigned boats, ensuring operational readiness at all times.
  • Report and follow up on any required maintenance or safety concerns
