Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and wastage
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
  • Maintain internal controls and accounting best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the F&B industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of inventory and cost control systems
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, ERP, etc.)
  • Valid QID and ability to join immediately
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
