We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting HR operations and growing their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, and updating attendance and employee data.
  • Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate training sessions, staff events, and orientation programs.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide timely support.
  • Support the HR team in implementing policies and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administration is an advantage.
  • Experience in the educational industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in payroll is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of basic HR practices and procedures.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
