V.I.E Construction Coordinator

About The Role:

As Technical Coordinator (M/F), you will play a key role in supporting the mechanical team in ensuring the readiness and quality of project documentation and installation processes. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to gain hands-on experience in the LNG industry, working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment.

• Prepare Installation Checklists :

- Develop and maintain detailed installation checklists for mechanical equipment and systems.

Ensure checklists align with project specifications, vendor requirements, and industry standards.

Collaborate with the mechanical team to identify critical installation steps and quality checkpoints.

• Verify Vendor Documentation Readiness :

- Review vendor-provided documentation, including operation manuals, engineering drawings, and quality plans, to ensure completeness and compliance with project requirements.

Identify and report any discrepancies or missing information to the relevant stakeholders.

• Check Material Availability and Completeness :

- Verify the availability of materials required for mechanical installations.

- Ensure materials are complete and are free from defects.

- Coordinate with Material Management teams to address any material shortages or issues.

• Follow Up on Documentation :

- Maintain an organized record of all installation documentation for easy access and reference.

- Track the status of vendor documentation submissions and approvals.

- Coordinate with field engineering to expedite pending documentation and resolve any issues.

• Liaise with the Planning Team :

- Support work front analysis and progress tracking by providing technical input and documentation status updates.

- Work closely with the planning team to ensure alignment between site activities and project schedules.

- Provide regular updates on documentation progress and highlight any potential delays or risks.

About you :

- He/She has a degree in equipment, mechanical engineering, or a related field, having a post-graduation is also desirable

- He/She speaks and writes in English fluently;

- He/She is result driven, delivering at the best of his/capabilities despite tight deadlines;

- He/She Has a good team-spirit;

- He/She has a high level of attention to detail in data. Being able to identify and report issues within the data is also necessary. Experience / knowledge of PowerBI would be a major plus.

- Type of school : Graduate engineer (preferably mechanical) or bachelor degree + 1 to 3 years of experience with knowledge of a technical field

- Required experience duration : 1-3 years of experience
