Provide on-site (field) technical support for the anti-corrosion / coating discipline of platform modification and repair projects, and guide site execution in accordance with drawings, documents and applicable standards/specifications.
Coordinate and communicate with the Client (Owner), design and other relevant departments to resolve technical issues encountered on site.
Manage material requirements for the anti-corrosion discipline and drive construction progress to support timely project delivery.
Required to undertake overseas assignments within the Middle East region and offshore work (vessel/platform based).
Familiar with industry codes, international standards and operational procedures. Prior working experience with major petroleum, chemical, engineering-design or construction enterprises is required. Experience in modification/revamp projects, overseas projects—and particularly in the Middle East region—is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership of medium-scale offshore engineering projects, with one of the following backgrounds:
Led, as Project Technical Lead, the design and consultancy of international large-scale offshore engineering projects (fixed platforms, floating structures, single-point moorings (SPM), pipelines, or new energy) at medium scale (contract value ≥ RMB 50 million, or module weight ≥ 8,000 tonnes);
Led, as Design Manager or Project Technical Lead, the design of domestic medium-scale offshore engineering projects (fixed platforms, floating structures, single-point moorings, pipelines, or new energy) with EPCI contract value ≥ RMB 600 million, or module weight ≥ 8,000 tonnes;
Participated, as a core team member, in innovative R&D in one of the following fields: fixed platforms, floating structures, single-point moorings, pipelines, new energy, or welding. Holders of international awards or provincial/ministerial-level innovation achievements that have been applied in engineering practice are preferred.

（3）Holders of a Qualification Certificate of Registered Construction Engineer or Registered Chemical Engineer are preferred.

（4）Minimum 7 years of relevant professional design experience in the industry.

（1）Degree:

Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering discipline;

（2）Major:

Corrosion Science and Engineering / Anti-corrosion Technology/Materials Science and Engineering/Chemical Engineering / Applied Chemistry/Coating and Surface Engineering

（3）Accreditation:

Degree must be obtained from a nationally accredited institution; overseas qualifications are subject to equivalency verification.

4. Behavioral/Technical Skills:

（1）Bilingual in English and Chinese (Both written and spoken)

（2）Quick learner and problem solver

（3）Good office software skills and computer knowledge

（4）Patient, teamwork，Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

（5）The expected start date is as soon as possible, no later than one month.

5.Employment Type:

The employment type for this position is third-party staffing. The employees shall enter into an employment contract via HR agency and provide services to COOEC.
