• To have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or a diploma from an accredited college.
• You must have at least 9 years of experience in marine services providing innovative and adaptable technical solutions and support to customers in the oil and gas industry.
• You must have at least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• You must be able to inspect equipment before it is shipped overseas and work closely with workshop teams to meet loading deadlines.
• To have the ability to understand technical drawings and use the company's electronic tools to retrieve technical documents when needed.
• You have experience in the installation and maintenance of surface and X/Tree (offshore) wellheads: HPHT (high temperature and high pressure); metal-to-metal, quick-lock connectors.
• You have experience in replacing valve seats and gates (on-site), performing wellhead upgrades according to Project Relevant Engineering Procedures (PRPs) / Field Service Manual (FSM), and are capable of diagnosing faults.
• You have experience in performing field repairs on valve actuators (or actuators).
• You have experience using hydraulic tools – pumps, operating tools, fasteners, etc.
• You have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• You will train and lead new employees and focus on self-efficacy.
