Job Role Description

Our clientis a leading bank in the Middle East committed to establishing robust MDM andData Governance practices. We are seeking experienced freelance consultantswith expertise in Talend tools to join our team and contribute to the successof our MDM and Data Governance initiatives.

ProjectOverview:

We areembarking on a critical MDM and Data Governance project and are looking forknowledgeable consultants to provide strategic guidance and hands-on expertisein utilizing Talend tools. The chosen consultants will collaborate with ourteams to design, implement, and optimize MDM solutions while ensuring alignmentwith data governance best practices.

Responsibilities: MDMSolution Design and Implementation:

Collaboratein the design and implementation of MDM solutions using Talend MDM.
Ensurethe alignment of MDM implementations with overall data governance objectives.

DataGovernance Framework with Talend Expertise:

Contributeto the development and enhancement of the data governance framework, leveragingTalend tools.
Defineand document data governance policies, procedures, and standards within theTalend environment.

MDM DataModeling and Integration:

Designand implement MDM data models, leveraging Talend tools.
IntegrateMDM solutions with other systems and processes using Talend Integration Suite.

StakeholderCollaboration with Talend Tools:

Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, using Talend expertise, to understand MDM and datagovernance requirements.
Effectivelycommunicate MDM strategies, data governance principles, and best practicesusing Talend.

MDMOptimization and Performance Tuning:

Optimizeand fine-tune existing MDM solutions for performance using Talend tools.
Providerecommendations for ongoing improvements and enhancements.

Requirements:

Provenexperience as an MDM and Data Governance Consultant with a focus on Talendtools.
In-depthknowledge of MDM solutions and data governance frameworks.
Strongproficiency in Talend MDM, Talend Integration Suite, and related Talend tools.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Abilityto assess, prioritize, and lead MDM and data governance initiatives usingTalend.
