Business development manager – senior
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Professional SkillsStrong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
Strategic thinker with problem‑solving abilities.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of emerging technologies in geospatial, AI, and digital transformation sectors is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience.
Key AccountabilitiesGood knowledge in E3 D Standalone Administration – Setup / Restore E3 D project, Merge, Backtrack and Reconfigure databases, Perform DICE check, Create & Assign ACRs.
Knowledge in E3 D Global Administration – Setup a Global Project, Create Locations and Assign databases, Manage Extract Databases.
Create Catalogues for Standard Piping Components, Instruments and Special Components.
Create & Modify Piping Specifications.
Create & Modify Structural and Tray Catalogues.
Generate Review Session from 3 D Model.
Setup Clash Management and generate Clash report.
Customize E3 D to generate GA drawings and Isometrics based on project requirements.
Piping Specs and Catalog – good understanding of piping rules.
Equipment, Electrical, Instrumentation and Structure Catalog Creation & Symbol Creation.
Piping Isometric Customization including creation of labels.
Help users to troubleshoot the errors and issues in 3 D Model and Draw.
Generate Reports for Piping, Steel & Cable Tray MTO.
