Full-Time Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 18–20 years of experience in major building construction projects Minimum 12 years in senior construction leadership with a Tier-1 main contractor Proven experience delivering high-rise, commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, mixed‑use, or other large‑scale building developments Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is mandatory Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC, HSE, Primavera P6, and project execution MMUP (UPDA) registration and PMP certification are advantageous Main contractor construction management experience is essential (consultancy/PMC-only backgrounds will not be considered)
Key Responsibilities
Lead all site construction activities from project commencement to handover Manage Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Foremen, Supervisors, and subcontractors Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Commercial, and Logistics teams Monitor construction progress, productivity, resources, and project schedules Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations Lead site coordination meetings and resolve construction and technical challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
