Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Automotive Service Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle service center in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workshop operations, supervising technicians and staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving operational and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the automotive service center.
• Lead and motivate technicians, mechanics, service advisors, and support staff.
• Ensure vehicles are inspected, diagnosed, repaired, and serviced according to quality standards.
• Monitor workshop productivity, job progress, and turnaround times.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Review repair estimates and ensure proper approval before work begins.
• Monitor workshop costs, revenue, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with the spare parts and purchasing departments to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and workshop standards.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing an automotive service center or workshop.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and team management abilities.
• Good knowledge of workshop operations, spare parts, and service procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good computer and reporting skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
