Wings Technical Services W. L. L is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects for a leading Oil & Gas service company in Qatar. The role is suited to professionals with strong project management experience who can manage projects from initiation through completion while maintaining control over scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.

The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders while applying appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches . Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, and Jira will support effective project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead IT projects from initiation through successful completion. Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and milestones. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams. Manage project stakeholders and maintain effective communication. Monitor project progress, performance, and key deliverables. Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Use project management tools such as MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar platforms. Coordinate project resources and ensure effective task allocation. Prepare project plans, status reports, schedules, and project documentation. Identify potential project delays and implement appropriate corrective actions. Facilitate project meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment. Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed objectives and requirements. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Proven experience managing projects end-to-end. Strong knowledge of project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Strong cross-functional team coordination experience. Experience with MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and project requirements. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is an advantage. Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
