The Vertical Market Manager for FFI-Sealing & Bonding will drive market growth and strategic initiatives within this specialized vertical market segment. This role requires a strategic professional who will conduct comprehensive market analysis, develop targeted go-to-market strategies, and cultivate key customer relationships to support the Business Unit's objectives and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and industry research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities within the FFI-Sealing & Bonding vertical market segment.
- Define target customer segments and develop detailed competitive landscape assessments to identify differentiation and positioning opportunities.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies specifically tailored to the FFI-Sealing & Bonding vertical market requirements and customer needs.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within the vertical market to drive business development and customer retention.
- Implement multi-channel marketing initiatives to enhance market presence, strengthen brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management to ensure efficient and effective deployment of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership demonstrating initiative results, market performance metrics, and return on investment.
- Foster a collaborative culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the vertical market team and broader business unit.
- Support cross-functional vertical market teams and contribute to the achievement of Business Unit and Sika Qatar strategic objectives and annual performance targets.
