Hotel Manager for Luxury Resort in Al-Rayyan
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with proven experience in managing high-end hotels or resorts. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and overseeing all aspects of the hotel's daily operations.
Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security Create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Train and manage staff to provide exceptional customer service Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction Monitor budget and financial performance to ensure profitability Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel's offerings Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to management Proven track record of successful financial management and revenue growth Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices Fluent English language skills (Arabic language skills preferred) Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Applicants from African countries are welcome to apply Salary & BenefitsSalary:
