Key Responsibilities
Accurately record and balance daily financial transactions including room charges taxes and other fees Conduct audits of all hotel operating departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-incheck-out processes including assisting with luggage and answering any questions or concerns Prepare reports summarizing daily operations and financial transactions Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the night shift Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements
